Enrollment Services

We provide custom designed benefit summaries for all benefits eligible employees; presentation to employees at their worksites; spousal education; transitional care issues when insurance plans change; mailings to COBRA employees. Employee questionnaires are also available to solicit your employee’s opinions. Translation Services are available—we’ll translate custom documents into most contemporary languages.

One Click-One Call Completion

Employees will encounter situations where they may need specialized help with service issues or other benefits related questions or problems. Our staff of service professionals will be their best advocate and resource.

For larger employers, New England Medical Insurance Agency, LLC (NEMIA) will build and maintain a custom employee benefit website for the exclusive use of your employees. Your benefits website will allow your employees at work or at home access to their specific benefit summaries, forms and information that is always accurate and up-to-date. In conjunction with the website and for employees without web capabilities or employers with less than 100 employees, New England Medical staffs and maintains a fully functional tele-benefits center call service. Each employee is issued a tele-benefits center card with information on the center and the 800# access. The card indicates who their Account Manager and Service Manager is by name and how to access your company’s information. This means, no holding on the line for 10 minutes and a real person to help your employees with questions or problems.
